Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises use nurturing touch, tension-relieving stretches, and rhythmic movements to create physical, mental, and emotional balance. Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony guides the practitioner to support the body’s instinctive healing energy, nurturing vitality instead of focusing on symptoms of illness or imbalance. In this class students will give and receive a Breema Bodywork sequence, learn a few Self-Breema's and experience a body centered meditation. The perfect way to revitalize mind, body and feelings.

In addition to being a certified Breema and Self-Breema instructor Scott is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, yoga instructor, pujari and currently teaches Sanskrit for Vira Bhava Yoga teacher trainings.

From Scott: "Quite honestly I wish to know that I am alive, that I have a body, and that it breathes. To know that I am more then just my thoughts and feelings, more than like and dislike and that in this moment I can experience real meaning purpose in my life. Working with Breema Bodywork and Self-Breema exercises for the past 13 years has been a huge part of actualizing this desire in my life. Through consistent practice of mind-body connection and giving and receiving bodywork in a state of connectedness so many of the boundaries and constrictions in my life have fallen away opening up deeper connections with myself and others."
